797.23 DISPOSAL OF MEDICAL MARIJUANA BYPRODUCTS.

The disposal of medical marijuana, medical marijuana products, byproducts and paraphernalia shall be done in accordance with plans and procedures established by the Ohio Department of Commerce through Rule 3796:2-2-03, "Cultivator waste disposal," and Rule 3796:3-2-03, “Processor waste disposal.”
