797.15 ANNUAL OPERATIONS FEE.

   Upon issuance of a license or any renewal of a license, the licensee shall pay to the City a fee in an amount of $5,000 per year in advance, or as may be determined by the City by separate resolution to be sufficient to cover the annual cost of regulating cultivators, processors and dispensaries, including without limitation inspections, administration, and enforcement of this Chapter by the Macedonia City Police Department, and such other departments of the City as may be designated by the local licensing authority, for the purpose of determining compliance with the provisions of this Chapter and any other applicable state or local laws or regulations.
