797.12 STANDARDS FOR ISSUANCE OF LICENSE.

   The local licensing authority shall issue a license under this Chapter when, from a consideration of the application and from such other information as may otherwise be obtained, the local licensing authority determines that the application complies with all of the requirements of this Chapter and the Ohio Medical Marijuana Control Program Code and Ohio Department of Commerce, including the following:

   (a)   The application (including any required attachments and submissions) is complete and signed by the applicant;

   (b)   The applicant has paid the application fee and any other fees required by this Code;

   (c)   The application does not contain a material falsehood or misrepresentation; and

   (d)   The criminal history of the applicant and the applicant's owners, officers, managers, and employees does not disqualify the applicant from holding a license.
