797.01 PURPOSE.

The purpose of this Chapter is to implement the provisions of the Ohio Medical Marijuana Control Program under Ohio Revised Code Chapter 3796 and the Ohio Department of Commerce Cultivator and Processor Rules, which authorize rules and standards governing procedures for and the licensing of medical marijuana cultivators, processors and dispensaries.
