795.99 PENALTY.

Any owner, operator or tenant who violates any provision if this Chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not more than one-thousand dollars ($1,000.00). Each day on which a violation occurs or continues shall be deemed a separate offense. (Ord. 14-2016. Passed 3-16-16.)
