794.05 ENFORCEMENT.

In the event any owner of a hotel/motel violates any provision of this chapter, the Law Director, in addition to the service fee assessment set forth above, is further authorized to institute an appropriate action or proceeding at law or equity to restrain, correct or abate such a violation.
