139.02 ADVANCE PAYMENT FOR SAFETY FORCE MEMBERS DEPLOYED TO NATURAL DISASTERS OR MATTERS OF HOMELAND SECURITY.

   In the event a federal, state or county agency deploys members of the City’s safety forces for natural disasters response or matters of Homeland Security, the City shall continue to pay the members at their regular hourly rate for all regular hours and time and one-half time their regular rate for all overtime hours, including Chiefs and other salaried executive officers, on the condition of full reimbursement from the appropriate federal, state or county agency.
