135.04 SPECIAL ASSESSMENT RECORD SEARCH FEE.

Title or escrow companies requesting that the City perform a search on real property regarding outstanding fees and charges prior to or commensurate with the sale of that property shall be assessed a Special Assessment Records Search Fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) per search.
