(a) The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all lands within the City.
(b) No preliminary plan, building, or zoning approvals shall be issued by the City without full compliance with the terms of these regulations where applicable.
(c) Any person or organization that violates Section 924.07 of the Codified Ordinances shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to punishment as provided in Section 501.99 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Macedonia and shall be required to restore the Riparian Setback through a plan approved by Summit SWCD.
(d) The provisions of this Charter may be enforced through civil or criminal proceedings brought by the Prosecutor on behalf of the City.
