781.03 COLLECTION OF RUBBISH MATERIAL, REFUSE AND GARBAGE BY UNAUTHORIZED HAULER PROHIBITED.

Collection of rubbish material, refuse and garbage from residential property on dedicated streets by any person or firm or corporation not authorized to do so pursuant to this chapter is prohibited.
