161.22 COMPENSATION FOR INTERIM APPOINTEES.
   Full-time employees appointed by the Mayor to a non-bargaining unit position or classification on an interim basis in order to fill a temporary vacancy shall receive additional compensation of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per work day, not to exceed one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00) per work week. Interim pay shall be paid only for days actually worked. Excluded from this payment provision are the Mayor, other elected officials and all department heads. (Ord. 41-2013. Passed 3-28-13.)
