711.20 PUBLIC UTILITIES.

Public Utilities and governmental entities shall not be required to obtain a Temporary Permit, except for street closings as provided for in Section 711.01. Public Utilities and governmental entities shall not be required to comply with notice requirements of Section 711.05(p).
