711.18 ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF OTHER AUTHORITY; SEVERABILITY.

   The Municipality acknowledges the existence, and in some instances the preeminence of state and federal agencies such as the Public Utility Commission of Ohio, the Federal Communications Commission and others. Should any of these entities or a court of competent jurisdiction act to overrule or preempt actions, decisions, policies or ordinances of this Municipality, the remainder of this chapter shall remain in full force and effect until amended or repealed by action of Council.
