711.11 SHARED USE.

   To the extent feasible, holders of Use Permits are encouraged to arrange their facilities in ways that permit and encourage shared uses. Shared uses could include installing capacity in excess of present needs, making shared use available to other Permittees at reasonable market rates, and allowing the Municipality to make shared use of the infrastructure.
