711.99 PENALTY.

In addition to any other penalties which may be imposed under the terms of this Chapter 711, anyone found to be in violation of the terms of this Chapter 711 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first (1st) degree. Each day or part thereof that a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense. Such violations shall be punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each violation.
