711.02 PRIOR ORDINANCES.

All presently existing ordinances and other regulations that duplicate or conflict with this chapter are hereby superseded by this chapter. This chapter is intended to replace and supersede the existing Chapter 711. Under no circumstances shall this chapter be construed or interpreted as abridging or limiting the City's Planning and Zoning Code. (Ord. 5-2003. Passed 3-13-03.)
