146.04 COUNCIL POWERS.

   Council retains unto itself the sole and exclusive authority to suspend, terminate, or rescind any approved volunteer organization’s right to operate, volunteer, or function within the City of Macedonia, on City property, or on behalf of the City itself. Council shall be the sole determining factor as to the termination or suspension of any organization, and no grounds or cause need be established to do so. (Ord. 34-2002. Passed 7-11-02.)
