1521.02 FAILURE TO CORRECT.

(a) Any owner or occupant of any industrial or commercial building who fails to correct any violations of the Ohio Fire Code or Life Safety Code within thirty working days of receipt of written notice shall be in violation of this Chapter.

(b) If a violation is an immediate life safety issue, correction times of immediate to 48 hours shall be imposed. Failure to comply shall result in the closure of the problem area and/or business until such time as the violations have been corrected.
