1385.09 APPEALS.

Any person adversely affected by any order of the Building Commissioner to vacate, repair or demolish a building may appeal that decision or order to the Board of Zoning and Building Code Appeals by filing a written request with the Chairman of the Board within ten (10) days after the issuance of the order. The appeal would then proceed according to Section 1135.05 of the Codified Ordinances.
