1385.07 VACATION OF PREMISES.

   (a)    If necessary, the notice provided for in Section 1385.05 shall also require the building, structure or portion thereof, to be vacated forthwith and not reoccupied or used until the specified repairs and improvements are completed, inspected and approved by the Building Commissioner. Such notice shall read:

   "Do Not Enter. Unsafe to Occupy. Building Department, City of Macedonia."

   (b)    Such notice shall remain posted until the required repairs are made or demolition is completed. No person shall remove such notice without permission of the Building Commissioner or enter the building except for the purpose of making the required repairs or demolishing the same.
