1373.04 REMOVAL OF STRUCTURES.
   Within thirty days after revocation of a building permit or zoning certificate the owner or contractor shall remove any structure under construction and regrade the land to a level surface. In the event that the owner or contractor fails to remove such structure and/or regrade the land, the Mayor may order such work done by a private contractor or City employee as he deems necessary to remove any hazardous conditions, including, if necessary, the removal of any structures. The cost of such work shall be billed to the owner or contractor by written statement. If such statement is not paid within thirty days after submission to the owner or contractor such costs shall be certified to the County Auditor who shall place the same upon the tax duplicate with all interest and penalties allowed by law and collected as other delinquent taxes.
