1373.03 REVOCATION OF PERMITS; ZONING CERTIFICATES.

   Any building permit and/or zoning certificate issued by the Building Department or Zoning Inspector shall be revoked upon request of the Mayor if the Mayor serves written notice to the Building Department and/or Zoning Inspector that the owner or contractor has:

   (a)    Created a hazardous condition upon the premises which threatens grave bodily harm or death to residents; and

   (b)    Failed to abate or remove such hazardous condition within five days of the mailing or delivery of written notice to abate or remove such hazardous condition. (Ord. 103-1969. Passed 11-13-69.)
