1373.02 ABATEMENT OF NUISANCE.

   Such dangerous condition shall be abated and removed within five days of the delivery by certified mail-return receipt requested of a written notice to the owner or contractor at the address given by either on the application for building permit and/or zoning certificate setting forth a description of the hazardous condition and ordering its abatement or removal within five days of the date of mailing of such notice. If the Building Commissioner personally delivers the notice, the time limit shall be five days from the date of delivery.
