1373.01 HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS PROHIBITED.

   No owner or contractor of any building under construction shall cause, suffer or permit any condition to exist upon property wherein a building is under construction and prior to its occupancy which, in the opinion of the Building Commissioner, is so dangerous as to threaten grave bodily harm or death to residents particularly children who may be attracted to the area where such dangerous condition is created.
