1365.99 PENALTY.

(a) Any owner, occupant, or other person who violates Section 1365.13(c) of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Any owner, occupant or other person who violates any other provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a second degree misdemeanor.

(b) Any organization as defined by Ohio R.C. 2901.23(D) shall be fined in the amount set forth above for any violation of this chapter. Any officer, agent or employee of such organization shall be subject to all penalties prescribed herein in accordance with Ohio R.C. 2901.24 for any violation.
