1365.01 RESPONSIBILITIES.

(a) Owner. The owner of every human habitation, building, structure or premises shall be responsible for maintaining it in a clean and sanitary condition.

(b) Occupant. The occupant of any human habitation, building, structure or premises also shall be responsible for maintaining in a clean and sanitary condition that part of the habitation, building, structure or premises which he occupies and controls.
