1361.14 RECIPROCITY WITH OTHER JURISDICTIONS.
(a) The Building Commissioner may issue reciprocal license privileges to an applicant demonstrating a current license or registration in a jurisdiction outside the City if the license or registration was issued from a municipal or county governmental entity utilizing similar application procedures and the applicant passes a written examination as directed by the Building Commissioner.
(b) An applicant granted permission to exercise his license within the City pursuant to this section shall pay the same fees as City license holders and shall be subject to the same conditions upon the exercise of such license including revocation and suspension as City license holders.
