1361.10 DUTY OF BUILDING COMMISSIONER AND THE POLICE DEPARTMENT TO ENFORCE.
The Building Commissioner or any member of his staff shall require any person seen engaged in building construction work in the City, who is not known by such Inspector or his staff, or such police officer, to be duly licensed, to produce his building contractor's permit and license and the Inspector, his staff or such police officers shall enforce this chapter against any person found to be violating the same.
