1361.08 REVOCATION OF LICENSE FOR SUBSTANDARD WORK.

   In the event that any licensed building contractor fails to provide to any property owner or occupant within the City in connection with any construction contract, work, labor or materials which by reason of faulty workmanship, labor or material fails to pass an inspection by the City Building Department, and fails to correct such work, labor or materials within sixty days of notice by the Building Commissioner or one of his assistants, in writing, the Inspector shall summarily revoke such building contractor's permit or license and notify such building contractor to that effect in writing at such building contractor's address as listed on the application form.
