1329.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates Section 1329.01 or Section 1329.02, whether it be either the contractor or the owner, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.

(b) Upon conviction, failure to comply with this chapter within thirty days after conviction or subsequent convictions shall be deemed a separate offense.
