1329.04 APPEALS.
An appeal to the Board of Zoning and Building Code Appeals may be taken by any person aggrieved or by an officer of the City affected by any decision of the Building Commissioner or City Architect, if the decision results in the issuance or denial of a building permit. Such appeal shall be taken, within twenty days after the decision to issue or deny a permit has been filed with the Building Department, by filing with the Department and with the Board of Zoning and Building Code Appeals, a notice of appeal specifying the ground therefor. The Building Department shall forthwith transmit to the Board of Zoning and Building Code Appeals all papers constituting the record upon which the action appealed was taken. The authority, duties and proceedings of the Board of Zoning and Building Code Appeals shall be such as are prescribed in the Zoning Ordinance.
