1327.04 FEES.

(a) The fee charged for Point of Sale Exterior Inspections shall be seventy-five dollars ($75.00) for residential and one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for commercial buildings. The fee shall be paid at the time the application for a Certificate of Exterior Inspection is filed with the City. (Ord. 34-2012. Passed 5-10-12.)

(b) Editor’s Note: Former subsection (b) hereof was repealed by Ordinance 51- 2015.
