1325.10 LIABILITY OF CITY.

The City and the Fire Department officials involved in the issuance of an occupancy permit, in no way guarantees or insures the holder thereof or the subsequent occupant of the premises, or any other interested party, that there is not a violation of the provisions of Section 1325.03. (Ord. 54-1977. Passed 12-22-77.)
