1325.01 PERMIT REQUIRED.

   No occupant, operator, lessor or owner of any industrial building or commercial structure shall convey, lease, rent or otherwise change the ownership or occupancy nor shall any person commence the occupancy of such industrial building or commercial structure unless an occupancy permit therefor has first been obtained from the Fire Chief or a duly authorized subordinate in the Fire Department.
