1321.01 PURPOSE; ADDITIONAL COSTS.

(b) Fees shall be charged for the examination of plans, permits to proceed and for the inspection of all type of property within the City in accordance with the following sections of this chapter where not otherwise specifically provided for in other chapter or sections of the Codified Ordinances.

(c) The Building Commissioner may require plans be submitted in greater detail as he may determine necessary, and any additional costs incurred by the City thereby, shall incur to the applicant of the permit. (Ord. 127-2018. Passed 1-24-19.)
