1309.04 CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTORS.

   All residential dwellings constructed in the City of Macedonia on and after March 1, 1996, shall have installed, prior to the issuance of an occupancy permit, carbon monoxide detectors pursuant to the specifications and requirements of the Building Department.
