1306.01 ADOPTION.

   (a)   Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted by the Municipality, the latest edition of the Ohio Plumbing Code, for the purpose of prescribing basic provision considered necessary for the safety of persons and of buildings and their contents from hazards arising from the design and installation of plumbing fixtures and systems, including sanitary sewers and storm drainage, sanitary facilities, water supplies and storm water and sewage disposal in buildings, and as published in Section 4101:2-51 of the Ohio Administrative Code. All design and installation shall conform to the provisions of the latest edition of the Ohio Plumbing Code.

   (b)   The latest edition of the Ohio Plumbing Code is hereby incorporated fully herein as if set forth in its entirety in this chapter. (Ord. 18-1998. Passed 3-12-98.)
