1127.05 LAND MUST BE APPROPRIATE AND DESIRABLE.

The Planning Commission shall not accept for dedication for public use under the provisions of this chapter any parcel of land which does not lend itself to the uses and purposes provided herein by reason of any peculiar or unique features of the land proposed for dedication.
