   1101.06 CONFORMITY OF SUBDIVISION.
   No person shall subdivide by deed, plat, instrument of conveyance or otherwise, any tract of land within the City except in conformity with the provisions of these Regulations. (Ord. 46-1962. Passed 8-17-62.)
