951.12 HOURS.

(a) No person shall be permitted to remain, stop or park within the confines of the Park, parkways or other areas associated with the Department between sunset and 7:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Savings Time and sunset and 7:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, except in an emergency or with the special permit of the Director or Commission.

(b) No person shall be permitted to remain, stop or park within the confines of the Park, parkways or other areas or any part thereof which has been closed by the Director or Commission. (Ord. 67-1986. Passed 8-14-86.)
