951.06 DISORDERLY CONDUCT.
   (a)    Disturbing the Peace. No person shall disturb the peace and good order of the Park, either by word or act, fighting, quarreling or wrangling with loud voice or shouts, threatening violence to the person or property of others, or engaging in riotous clamor or tumult.
   (b)    Unlawful Assemblage. No person or persons shall collect in bodies or crowds for unlawful purposes or in riotous assemblage or intending to annoy, harass or inflict property damage or bodily injury upon another person or persons.
   (c)   Assault and Battery. No person shall willfully assault or commit bodily injury upon another while within the Park, or be engaged in, or abet or aid in any fight, quarrel or other disturbance.
   (d)   Use of Toluol and Ethers. No person shall sniff, breathe or otherwise use in any way other than the intended use by the manufacturer, any type of glue, hairspray, spray paint or any other commercial material or product which contains Toluol or ethers.
   (e)    Use of Narcotics, Opiates and Hallucinogens. No person shall use or possess, smoke, drink, have injected into one's self, or otherwise use or possess marihuana or any type of narcotic drug, opiate or hallucinogen within the Park. No person shall use or possess any drug the possession of which is illegal under the laws of the State.
   (f)   Carrying Dangerous Weapons. No person, except Rangers, or other law enforcement officers, shall have or carry any pistol, switchblade, hunting knife, dagger, metal knuckles, slingshot or other dangerous weapons concealed or about his person while in the Park.
   (g)    Abusive Language. No person shall use obscene, profane or abusive language while in the Park.
   (h)    Loitering, Vagrancy. No person, or group of persons, shall loiter in or near any building, toilet, or structure; or loiter in or near a motor vehicle or vehicles, on or about a motorcycle or cycles, or on or about bicycles within the Park.
   (i)    Entering Toilet Facilities. No person, except City employees on duty, Commissioners, or Rangers shall enter a toilet room set aside for the opposite sex.
