951.02 DAMAGING OF PROPERTY.

(a) No person shall injure, deface, destroy, disturb or remove any part of the Park or building, sign, equipment or other property found therein, nor shall any tree, flower, shrub or other vegetation or fruit or seed thereof, or rock, or mineral be removed, injured, destroyed or disturbed.

(b) No person shall intentionally accelerate a motor vehicle causing rubber tires to spin, mark and deface the Park roadway surface. (Ord. 26-1981. Passed 4-9-81.)
