925.01 STORM WATER RUN-OFF PROHIBITED.
   (a)    No person, firm or corporation shall connect any gutters, downspouts or other pipe, tube or facility carrying storm or rain water to a sanitary sewer pipe anywhere within the City.
   (b)    No person, firm or corporation which owns, occupies or controls any real estate, building or other structure wherein rain or storm water is collected, shall permit such rain water to run into a sanitary sewer pipe anywhere within the City.
   (c)    Any person, firm or corporation which owns, controls, occupies or acquires real estate, from and after the effective date of this chapter, shall investigate all gutters, downspouts or other storm and rain water collection facilities upon such real estate and determine whether or not any such facilities are connected to a sanitary sewer, and take immediate action to remove any connection which causes or permits storm water to run into any sanitary sewer.
