921.02 FIRE HYDRANT TAPS.
   (a)    No person, other than authorized City personnel, shall use or otherwise tap into any fire hydrant in the City, except upon written permission and supervision by the City Fire Chief, or his designated representative, and only after:
      (1)    Payment to the City of a ten dollar ($10.00) fee to defray the cost of administering this section;
      (2)    Signing an agreement to be responsible for all damage to fire hydrants, appurtenances and City equipment; and
      (3)    Posting a bond with the City for potential damage as required by the Fire Chief.
   (b)    Nothing herein shall relieve any user from complying with all applicable rules, regulations and permit requirements of the City of Cleveland water authority.
