909.02 OVERHANGING TREES.
   (a)    Owners of trees, any part of which overhang or extend over any part of the public sidewalk or public street in the City, shall so trim such trees and keep such trees so trimmed that there will be a clearance of fifteen feet between the pavement and the lowermost branch of the trees.
   (b)    Owners of trees, any part of which overhang or extend over any part of the public sidewalk or lateral strip shall so trim such trees and keep such trees so trimmed that there shall be a clearance of twelve feet between the sidewalk or lateral strip, as the case may be and the lowermost branches of the trees.
