905.06 OBSTRUCTING MATERIAL PROHIBITED.

In removing pavement or other material from streets, alleys, sidewalks or public grounds, for any purpose whatever, the material dug up must be deposited in such a manner as to guard against inconvenience to the public by obstructing streets, alleys or sidewalks.
