905.01 PERMIT REQUIRED; FEE.

No person other than a duly authorized officer or employee of the City shall make an excavation on any street, alley, sidewalk or public ground without first obtaining a permit in writing from the City and unless he shall have paid a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00), which may be waived for a resident. (Ord. 95-2000. Passed 12-28-00.)
