771.10 STORAGE OF RUBBISH BY COMMERCIAL OR INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES.

   (a)    "Commercial enterprise" and "industrial enterprise" means all commercial uses and industrial uses as are permitted pursuant to the Zoning Ordinance. "Rubbish" and "garbage" includes all waste or rejected matter, refuse or vegetable or animal matter of a kitchen or market and other debris held for disposal.

   (b)    All commercial or industrial enterprises within the City shall store rubbish and garbage held for disposal in sealed containers so designed and maintained as to prevent:

      (1)    Odors from such rubbish or garbage from escaping into the atmosphere;

      (2)    The dispersion of such rubbish or garbage by wind;

      (3)    Leakage of liquid substances from such containers;

      (4)    Invasion by rodents.

   (c)    All commercial or industrial enterprises within the City shall have rubbish and garbage collected and removed for disposal at least once each week.
