771.09 HOTELS; RESTAURANTS; INSTITUTIONS.

The collection and disposal of garbage for hotels, restaurants and other businesses and institutions shall be arranged as agreed upon between the hauler and the owners. Such agreement shall not be effective until approved by the Mayor. Any violation of the provisions of such agreement shall be deemed a violation of this chapter.
