771.04 IDENTIFICATION TAG; DISPLAY OF HAULER'S NAME.

(a) Each employee of a licensed hauler, while engaged in the collection of refuse in the City shall wear an identification tag clearly displaying the name of the employee and the name of the licensed hauler.

(b) Each truck used in the collection of refuse shall display the name of the licensed hauler. (Ord. 91-1995. Passed 11-9-95.)
